General Description: For the offices of Access, Card, and Parking Services and Security Systems Technology the Systems Technician is responsible for the installation, training, support, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of electronic equipment and related software including: campus cash readers, ID production equipment, parking control gates and paystations, computers, network devices, video cameras and monitors, security alarms, access control readers and auxiliary services retail point-of-sale terminals. Support information management of related systems. Provide direct end user support during peak periods. This position will receive general supervision from the Director of Access, Card, and Parking Services.
