Academic Advising & Support is seeking an individual for temporary employment to assist the Major Advisement Program staff with duties related to new student orientation. The position will end June 30, 2019.
Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting staff with orientation check-in, assisting staff in the advising information session, assisting students in the computer lab during registration, providing students and their parents basic information about major exploration, discussing undergraduate major options with students, connecting students to pertinent resources on campus, and preparing materials for orientation sessions (copying, collating, maintaining records, etc).
