The College of Nursing invites candidates with an established research track record to submit applications. This position requires excellence in teaching, research, and service. This includes but is not limited to teaching PhD and DNP, MSN and/or undergraduate courses, advising and directing undergraduate and graduate students, guiding theses or dissertations and performing service to the College, University, academic community and nursing profession. The candidate is expected to sustain an extramurally funded program of research complimentary to College of Nursing major research foci: 1) Patient/Family Engagement and Outcomes, 2) Community Engagement/ Health Equity, and 3) Student Engagement and Pedagogical Research.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum requirements include: graduate degree in nursing, earned doctorate in nursing or related field. Demonstrated potential for teaching excellence and high-quality research. Candidates must have the ability to teach at all degree levels (e.g. BSN, MSN, Doctoral). Wisconsin licensure or eligibility to obtain WI license, and commitment to sustaining an extramurally funded program of research. The candidate should be a leader in preparing the next generation of nursing scholars.
