The OASIS Coordinator of Intervention Services is responsible for the successful implementation of individual intervention programs and delivery of brief interventions to self-referred or mandated students. Provide training to RPS and other campus staff, education services to relevant groups within the University, and consultation with referral agents. The Coordinator will be directly accountable to the OASIS Director, collaborating on OASIS policy and program development relevant to intervention services. The Coordinator will maintain clear and consistent communication with campus referral partners in matters effecting intervention programs. The Coordinator, with the Director, will be responsible for training of clinical staff and supervision of clinical placement students. The Coordinator will participate on clinical teams and program development projects, attend and schedule all staff meetings within OASIS. In collaboration with the Director, develop practicum and internship sites with other academic programs as feasible.
REQUIRED: Master’s degree and three years of experience. Licensed to practice in Indiana (LCSW, LMHC).
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation. Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide variety of individuals within a diverse environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills including the ability to manage multiple priorities.
License in appropriate clinical department of study: Counseling, Social Work, Psychology.
