Kelley Direct Programs is the home of online graduate business degrees at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, including the online MBA and specialized online M.S. degree programs. Current M.S. degree programs include: finance; strategic management; entrepreneurship and innovation; marketing; global supply chain management; and business analytics. Serves as a primary person to develop and design the recruitment strategy for student applicants. Implement and evaluate programs and processes to attract students to Kelley Direct. Works with the Director of Admissions, the recruiting team, and Kelley Direct Programs leadership to achieve new student recruiting goals. Assesses all factors driving a decision for a student to consider Kelley Direct. Reviews, interviews, coaches, and cultivates relatonships with applicants. Plans and administers budget for student recruiting events. Assists in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies, including highly personalized communications with student prospects throughout the year. Coordinates and leads online Virtual Open Houses and Special Topic Sessions. Leads recruitment events for applicants and newly admitted students. Promotes and markets Kelley Direct at recruiting events and is expected to constantly innovate to make sure our admissions recruiting efforts remain at the forefront of those at our peer graduate programs.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree and three years of admissions or student services experience.
The candidate will be a person that is responsible, a strong team player, demonstrates a strong work ethic, is decisive, has the ability to plan and lay out complex problems, and is good at marketing and delivering a message. The candidate will also need consensus building skills and strong communication skills.
