Ball State University’s Department of Unified Technology Support invites applicants for a full time, professional position as Manager of Accessible Technology. Responsibilities include; administer the University Accessible Technology Program; provide technology related resources designated for use as appropriate by students with disabilities and promote consultation services to do the same for faculty and staff.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Working knowledge of PC and Mac environments, basic networking knowledge; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in special education, business, information technology, management or related field. Three or more years of experience in accessible technology and accessibility issues. Knowledge of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act; advanced knowledge in accessible technology and equipment.
