The General Manager will direct and manage the Creative & Web Studio's business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. The General Manager of the Creative and Web Studio will need to be self-motivated and results-driven.
Entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will be integral to the flourishment of the Create and Web Studio. Maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring financial sustainability, and meeting business objectives will be key activities of this position.
This driven General Manager should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhanced efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.
The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working within a matrix organization with discrete brand teams and shared resource teams. They must also understand and embrace the Indiana University Marketing Maturity model and work diligently to improve outcomes for the university by consistently improving own skills and others.
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field and five years of experience.
Combinations of education and related experience may be considered.

Master's degree in business management. Eight years of experience.
