Mail Clerk
Job Summary: The University of Wisconsin College of Engineering seeks a mail clerk within the engineering campus buildings. This position would include mail processing and distribution-related duties for incoming and outgoing mail and packages.The mail clerk must be able to manage many deliveries and ensure timely receipt and quality handling of incoming and outgoing U.S. and institutional mail. This includes transactions according to customer specifications and in conjunction with pickup and delivery schedules. This individual should provide excellent customer service by providing status updates, processing notifications to appropriate parties, and investigating lost or misdirected mail.
