CAPI Field Supervisor
Job Summary: Our Researcher I position will oversee the Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) field operations for the CAPI projects at the University of Wisconsin Survey Center (UWSC). This position will be responsible for supervising a staff of CAPI interviewers for the Wisconsin Longitudinal Study (WLS), the Midlife in the United States study (MIDUS), and the Milwaukee Area Family Finances study, among others. Duties include screening/hiring CAPI Interviewers, developing and leading CAPI interviewer training, tracking, and reporting CAPI project data, and maintaining a rigorous quality control system.
