Facilities Technician III
Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Building & Grounds Manager, this position is responsible for facilities work across all Division of Intercollegiate Athletic buildings and grounds, including the Kohl Center, LaBahn Arena, Goodman Complex, Porter Boat House, and McClimon Complex.Key responsibilities include:- Assisting with the management, maintenance, repair, and care of all building systems, as well as locker rooms, restrooms, offices, therapy pools, meeting rooms, concession areas, scoreboard equipment, and other building accessories.- Assisting with project management- Organizing project specifications and contacting vendors- Troubleshooting issues- Performing
