Dairy Plant Cheesemaker
Job Summary: The Cheesemaker will lead the production of a variety of cheeses for the Dairy Plant, ensuring the safe production of high quality cheeses for research and retail. They will perform a variety of tasks involving production, assembling, disassembling, operating, inspecting, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining equipment. They must be able to independently manufacture a variety of cheese and be able to learn and develop new cheesemaking procedures. The individual will be assisting faculty and staff with lab demonstrations and research projects.
