- Teach graduate-level courses in the PhD and DSW programs (in-person and online)
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and instructional content
- Guide DSW students in the development and implementation of capstone projects
- Chair and/or serve on dissertation and capstone project committees
- Participate in program development and curriculum planning
- Facilitate student learning using effective and engaging teaching strategies
- Mentor and advise doctoral students throughout their academic journey
- Attend faculty meetings, committees, and university events
- Seek external funding and research opportunities where applicable
- Contribute to accreditation and program assessment efforts
